In order to investigate effect of growth promoting bacteria and different nitrogen levels on quality and quantity yield and chlorophyll index, split plot experiment on the basis of Randomized Complete Block Design with four replications was conducted. Four levels of Nitrogen fertilizer (N1: 100% chemical fertilizer, N2: 75% chemical fertilizer + 100% Nitroxin fertilizer, N3: 50% chemical fertilizer + 100% Nitroxin fertilizer, N4: 25% chemical fertilizer + 100% Nitroxin fertilizer) in main plots and three Maize Hybrids (H1: S.C. 704, H2: Mobin, H3: Karoun 701) in subplots were studied. Results showed that the highest biological yield and grain yield was allocated to 50% chemical fertilizer + 100% bio-fertilizer and Karoun hybrid treatment and lowest of these traits belonged to 100% chemical fertilizer and Mobin hybrid treatment. The Most protein yield and oil yield was in single cross 704 that treated with 50% chemical fertilizer and 100% bio-fertilizer. Single cross 704 hybrids only in protein content was higher than other hybrids. Biological yield showed the significant positive correlation with grain yield and grain yield had a significant positive correlation with biological yield, grain yield per unit of area, protein yield and oil yield. Finally consummation of biological fertilizers with 50% organic fertilizer produced the highest grain yield.
